We went to the shrine of the mouse, also known as Chuck E Cheese. There we paid our offering, ate the sacred meal (pizza and soda) and took pictures. It was a fun time.
The girls especially have been riding their bikes. Maggie picked out a new bigger bike from Walmart this week and is doing great. Anna as you can see from above, likes to dress up and ride the scooter. The girls also went with mom to get haircuts.
We also got to eat a lot this week with our friends in the program. After eating we played a music naming game that Keri (below) was great at.
Last Night we got to go on a date with Aaron and Cindy Wymer, friends from the Beeson program. Aaron and I took a picture of each other for our blogs. Check out theirs at aaronwymer.blogspot.com
The symbol on Aaron's head was painted by Aiden at Anna's 3rd birthday party three weeks ago. He is a good artist. In addition to the above, last week was a productive week for me since I had no classes and could focus on getting some reading done. I am scheduled to leave for the Leadership Summit at Willow Creek Community Church on Wednesday morning if the baby has arrived. Kate's mom is going to stay the week with us with the baby. I will update the blog next time hopefully with pictures of our new child.
God Bless.
